I bring a unique perspective to manual therapy care, enriched by my diverse background in healthcare. After studying nursing at college (2012-2016) and practicing massage therapy since 2017, I am currently completing my fifth year of osteopathy training.
My therapeutic approach is influenced by my strong interest in pain neuroscience and neurovascular disorders. I rely on the most recent evidence-based data to provide care tailored to each client's specific needs.
As a former swimming instructor for nearly a decade, I have developed excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt my interventions to individual needs. This experience, combined with my practice of road cycling, running, and weightlifting, allows me to better understand the specific needs of endurance and strength athletes.
Passionate about knowledge sharing, I also teach biology at a massage therapy school, which allows me to keep my knowledge up to date and contribute to the training of the next generation of therapists.
I favor a therapeutic approach based on active listening according to a bio-psycho-social model. My goal is to help you quickly regain your comfort and autonomy.
